Service Description

How to book your session: STEP 1: Submit your request for date/time. STEP 2: Upon approval, you may submit payment. STEP 3: After successful payment, you booking will be confirmed. Payments accepted: • Venmo @risspajo • PayPal.me/carissapajo • Credit/debit card via invoice (upon request) • Cash - Schedule a meetup with Carissa Payment MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to session. Non-payment by deadline will result in cancellation of your session. Payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your session. Cancellations within 1 hour prior to session cannot be rescheduled. *** Need accountability? In this one-on-one coaching experience, you’ll receive more personalized attention, resulting in ultimate results. CIRCL Mobility™ will unlock your body’s potential through mobility, flexibility, and breathwork exercises designed to optimize how you move through daily life. Based on the cutting-edge science of functional movement, you’ll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion, and renew your movement capabilities. Shoes are optional. Bring a mat.

Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 1 hour prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the hour prior to class.
