How to book your session: STEP 1: Submit your request for date/time. STEP 2: Upon approval, you will receive an invoice via email. Pay the invoice directly through the invoice using a valid credit/debit card. STEP 3: After successful payment, you will receive the Zoom meeting link via email. Payment MUST be made at least 24 hours prior to session. Non-payment by deadline will result in cancellation of your session. Payments are non-refundable. You may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your session. Cancellations within 1 hour prior to session cannot be rescheduled. *** Need accountability? In this one-on-one coaching experience, you’ll receive more personalized attention, resulting in ultimate results. SH1FT is a 30-minute Smart High Intensity Functional Training workout that will have you using your own bodyweight as the tool to develop strength, mobility, speed, balance, and agility. Safe and simple progressions welcome all fitness levels. Train smart and your body will be burning extra calories through the next day! Shoes are highly recommended. Bring a mat.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 1 hour prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the hour prior to class.
