$15 for 1 person. $25 for 2 people. Each session is one hour. Please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. For planning purposes, any requests received within 24 hours before the session may be denied. In this one-on-one coaching experience, you’ll receive more personalized attention, resulting in ultimate results. SH1FT + M1ND is a 1-hour combination of the two formats. SH1FT is a 30-minute Smart High Intensity Functional Training workout that will have you using your own bodyweight as the tool to develop strength, mobility, speed, balance, and agility. Safe and simple progressions welcome all fitness levels. Train smart and your body will be burning extra calories through the next day! M1ND is functional stretching, mobility, and stability training for non-yogis. It draws inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation. The central theme is connection between mind and movement. This format is designed to compliment an active lifestyle. Shoes are required. Bring a mat.
Bookings may be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to class. If your booking is not cancelled timely, then you will still be liable for payment. An unpaid class will result in restriction from attending any future classes until debt has been paid.
