STRONG Nation™ (formerly known as STRONG by Zumba®) combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Get ready to push your limits! Shoes are required. Bring a mat.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 1 hour prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the hour prior to class. Notify the instructor or Carissa as soon as possible to cancel your booking. • $10 No Show Fee: Immediately due and payable to the instructor. • Participants with outstanding debt will be restricted from attending future classes until fees are paid. *** CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 1-ON-1 SESSIONS • You may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your session. • Cancellations within 1 hour prior to session cannot be rescheduled. • Payments are non-refundable.
