Service Description

$10 drop in. Class packages available (valid only for classes with Carissa). Payments accepted: Cash, Venmo @risspajo, PayPal.me/carissapajo, Credit/debit card upon booking CIRCL Mobility™ will unlock your body’s potential through mobility, flexibility, and breathwork exercises designed to optimize how you move through daily life. Based on the cutting-edge science of functional movement, you’ll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion, and renew your movement capabilities. Shoes are optional. Bring a mat.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 1 hour prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the hour prior to class. Notify the instructor or Carissa as soon as possible to cancel your booking. • $10 No Show Fee: Immediately due and payable to the instructor. • Participants with outstanding debt will be restricted from attending future classes until fees are paid. *** CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 1-ON-1 SESSIONS • You may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your session. • Cancellations within 1 hour prior to session cannot be rescheduled. • Payments are non-refundable.
