CANCELLATION POLICY: Bookings may be cancelled up to 30 minutes prior to class. Booked participants are liable for payment, whether they show up or not. An unpaid class will result in restriction from attending any future classes until debt has been paid.

CORE DE FORCE

Although inspired by MMA-style training, Core De Force is NOT a self-defense class. This non-contact total body workout combines movements from Western Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more. Each 3-minute interval includes an MMA combo and 30-second cardio spikes to temporarily increase your heart rate. Ready to discover your inner brawler?

Shoes are required.

TURBO KICK

The Ultimate Cardio Kickboxing Party! This fat-burning workout combines cardio kickboxing with body-sculpting HIIT moves choreographed to fun upbeat music mixes. Kick up the music, kick up the energy! WARNING: Turbo Kick is highly addictive.

INSANITY

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. Each interval focuses on 2-3 minutes of movement, followed by 30 seconds of rest. This total body HIIT workout can get pretty insane, but options are provided for each exercise to challenge all fitness levels. Get ready to DIG DEEP and discover the many things your body is capable of. Let's get insane in the membrane!

ZUMBA

Zumba® is a calorie-burning dance fitness party for everybody and every body! This class is described as exercise in disguise because you'll have so much fun that it won't even feel like you're working out. Be a rockstar and lose yourself in the music!

PIYO

Strengthen, stretch, and tone your body with this musically-driven, athletic workout. You will combine dynamic movements inspired by the best of Pilates and yoga. The continuous flow of movements make this workout intense, yet low impact.  Different options are provided for exercise modifications and progressions to challenge all fitness levels.

STRONG NATION

This is NOT a dance class. STRONG Nation (formerly known as STRONG by Zumba®) combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Get ready to push your limits!
