Core De Force

Fridays w/ Carissa

Although inspired by MMA-style training, Core De Force is NOT a self-defense class. This non-contact total body workout combines movements from Western Boxing, Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and more. Each 3-minute interval includes an MMA combo and 30-second cardio spikes to temporarily increase your heart rate. Ready to discover your inner brawler?

Dance Fitness

Mondays w/ Ash

Dance Fitness is a fun, high energy dance class that combines Billboard Top 10 music with contemporary dance moves for people of all fitness levels. You’ll move and groove to choreography inspired by hip hop, jazz, ballet, swing, and everything in between. You’ll even sing along to songs that you know and love. You can even request your favorite song and the instructor will create a routine just for you.

 

So, meet us on the dance floor and get ready to sweat and smile!

Strengthen, stretch, and tone your body with this musically-driven, athletic workout. You will combine dynamic movements inspired by the best of Pilates and yoga. The continuous flow of movements make this workout intense, yet low impact.  Different options are provided for exercise modifications and progressions to challenge all fitness levels.

SH1FT + M1ND

SH1FT + M1ND is a 1-hour combination of the two formats.

 

SH1FT is a 30-minute Smart High Intensity Functional Training workout that will have you using your own bodyweight as the tool to develop strength, mobility, speed, balance, and agility. Safe and simple progressions welcome all fitness levels. Train smart and your body will be burning extra calories through the next day!

 

M1ND is functional stretching, mobility, and stability training for non-yogis. It draws inspiration from sports, yoga, calisthenics and rehabilitation. The central theme is connection between mind and movement. This format is designed to compliment an active lifestyle.Bring a mat.

Zumba® Toning

Zumba® Toning is much like a regular Zumba® class, but with the challenge of adding resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights). It's perfect for those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define muscles.

Shoes are recommended.
