Service Description

As early as 15 minutes prior to class, join the Zoom meeting by clicking the link provided in one of these locations: • Fit by Wix mobile app, under "My Bookings" • www.CarissasFitnessStudio.com, log in, go to "My Bookings" • Booking confirmation email CIRCL Mobility™ will unlock your body’s potential through mobility, flexibility, and breathwork exercises designed to optimize how you move through daily life. Based on the cutting-edge science of functional movement, you’ll release physical restrictions, restore your full range of motion, and renew your movement capabilities. Shoes are optional. Bring a mat.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 1 hour prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the hour prior to class. Notify the instructor or Carissa as soon as possible to cancel your booking. • $10 No Show Fee: Immediately due and payable to the instructor. • Participants with outstanding debt will be restricted from attending future classes until fees are paid.
