Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 2 hours prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 2 hours prior to class. Notify the instructor or Carissa as soon as possible to cancel your booking. • $10 No Show Fee: Immediately due and payable to the instructor. • Accounts with outstanding debt will be restricted from booking future classes until fees are paid.
