Service Description

$15 drop in. Class packages available (valid only for classes with Carissa). Payments accepted: Venmo @risspajo, PayPal.me/carissapajo, Credit/debit card upon booking This is a VIRTUAL class. As early as 15 minutes prior to class, join the Zoom meeting by clicking the link provided in one of these locations: • Fit by Wix mobile app, under "My Bookings" • www.CarissasFitnessStudio.com, log in, go to "My Bookings" • Booking confirmation email Power Hour is a mix of strength training with a sprinkle of bodyweight cardio bursts. Within the timed intervals, you will use hand weights (light dumbbells) and your own body weight to build strength, boost metabolism, and increase bone density. This total body workout is also designed to improve balance, stability, and coordination. Are you ready to power through the hour? Recommended hand weights: Light: 2-5 lbs. Medium: 5-8 lbs. Heavy: 10-12 lbs. Optional: Bring a mat.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR CLASSES • FREE On-time Cancellation: At least 1 hour prior to class. Log into your account and access "My Bookings" to find the option to cancel. • $5 Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within the hour prior to class. Notify the instructor or Carissa as soon as possible to cancel your booking. • $10 No Show Fee: Immediately due and payable to the instructor. • Participants with outstanding debt will be restricted from attending future classes until fees are paid. *** CANCELLATION POLICY FOR 1-ON-1 SESSIONS • You may reschedule up to 1 hour prior to your session. • Cancellations within 1 hour prior to session cannot be rescheduled. • Payments are non-refundable.
